Terms of Service

• By signing up or logging in, you agree to these Terms.
• We may update these Terms as required by law and service policy.
• If updated, we will provide notice of the effective date and key changes through reasonable in-product notice.

• You must maintain accurate account information.
• You are responsible for account security and must not bypass authentication or use another person's account without permission.
• If you suspect account compromise or a security incident, contact us immediately.

• You retain ownership of presets and descriptions you upload, subject to applicable rights.
• You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and back up your content as needed to operate the service.
• We may remove or restrict content that infringes others' rights or violates these Terms.

• Violating applicable laws, hacking, or abusive automated traffic.
• Posting unlawful or harmful content, including fraud, hate content, or explicit illegal materials.
• Exploiting service vulnerabilities, reverse engineering, unauthorized copying/distribution, or rights infringement.
• Payment abuse, refund abuse, or service interference.

Some features may currently be free. We may introduce paid features or update pricing. Billing and refund rules are described in our Refund Policy.

• We may limit parts of the service for maintenance, incidents, security, or legal compliance.
• If you violate these Terms, we may remove content, restrict account access, or terminate the service agreement.
• For severe violations (including illegal conduct), permanent restrictions may apply immediately.

• We are not liable for losses caused by force majeure, network outages, or third-party service failures.
• We are not liable for damages caused by your own fault.
• Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes related to service use are subject to courts with jurisdiction under applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
